What is Safe Sport?

Protecting the safety and welfare of all participants in Bowling Federation of Canada (BFC) and their member organizations (Bowl Canada, Canadian Tenpin Federation and Canadian 5 Pin Bowlers’ Association). BFC is committed to the ongoing development of education and resources to create and protect the safe and respectful environments that all participants in bowling deserve.

BFC believes that everyone in the sport has the right to enjoy the sport at whatever level or position they participate. Athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers have the right to participate in a safe and inclusive training and competitive environment that is free of abuse, harassment or discrimination.
