Selection Policy Update

The Canadian Tenpin Federation Board of Directors has approved updates to the 2026 Team Canada Selection Policy.

For many years, the Selection Committee has selected two men and two women to join the Adult Team, for a total of eight men and eight women representing Team Canada. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this was temporarily expanded to ten men and ten women to accommodate restrictive travel requirements.

This temporary adjustment has now been reversed. Beginning January 2027, the Selection Committee will once again select two men and two women to complete the Team Canada roster of eight men and eight women.

For more details, please see the full policy. [English] [French]
