Where is my Card
Make sure you include a valid email address when completing the Registered Participant Application. You must have a valid email address that isn’t shared with anyone else.
Once your information is entered into the membership database, you will receive an email from noreply@tenpincanada.com with instructions for accessing your personal portal. Follow the instructions in the email. You don’t need to print your card. Check your SPAM folder if you don’t receive an email.
Or, go to https://membership.tenpincanada.com/ctf and enter your valid email address and click “forgot password”.
Your private portal gives you access to your profile, average verification, awards, some tournament registration, etc.
